Our Packaging Promise

We believe there’s little point making a product that’s good for the soil if it comes wrapped in unnecessary waste.

That’s why all our retail packaging is minimal, recyclable and home compostable, printed using eco-friendly inks. Once your biochar has gone into the soil, its packaging can be responsibly returned to the recycling or composting stream too.

For bulk and trade orders, we also keep packaging to a minimum, delivering wherever possible in reusable bags or boxes that can be put to work again rather than thrown away. It’s a simple part of our wider commitment to reducing waste and making thoughtful choices at every stage — from our woodland to your soil. We have a packaging return and reuse scheme with repeat orders.
